6 POWERFUL VRE Business Models You Can Start Building In 2006 Using Google Adsense - Part 2

Okay, it's now time for the next installment of... "6 POWERFUL VRE(Virtual Real Estate) Business Models You Can Start Building In 2006 Using Google Adsense" series.

By now you should have a good idea of what Virtual Real Estate is and why it's to your benefit that you start a network of your own VRE sites depending on the model you choose.

In the last installment of this series I covered "Article Directories".

In this part of the VRE series I'm going to cover "Web Directories" in general and then give you some examples of what they might be and look like.

Sound good?

VRE Model #2. Web Directories.

An "Web Directory" is simply a directory on the World Wide Web that specializes in linking to other web sites and categorizing those links. Web Directory owners will often allow site owners to submit their site for inclusion. Then human editors will review their submission and if accepted, will be added to their database.

The one thing about Web Directories is they are often used as part of a website marketing strategy for being indexed in the major search engines like Yahoo!, Google, MSN to name a few.

The main strategy behind someone submitting there website to a directory is that a new site needs to quickly build inbound links from reputable sources. In doing this they will get a higher ranking within search engine results under there target keywords depending on the PR(popularity ranking) of that directory or inbound link.

That's the basic run-down of what an Web Directories purpose is and why they make a great VRE business model.

Web Directories can be and target anything you want them to. It's your directory, so you make the decision as to what it is about.

As your directory grows, so will its traffic.
Tip! You have to choose keywords with high costs per click (CPC). The CPC will determine how much you'll receive every time a visitor of yours will click on the ad sent by Google AdSense.

And if you have targeted affiliate programs strategically placed on your directory along side your Google Adsense code, you could be making a nice, steady income form your directory like many others are right now.

Now... as I said at the beginning of this article I would give you some examples of some Web Directories with Google Adsense so you see for yourself whether or not this is something you want to venture into.
Tip! Affiliatships remain an important threat to Google AdSense. Well-written content on a website often brings good return traffic.

So, with that said, here are 3 directories that I think will give you a good idea of what to expect:

Free Stuff Directory:

All Free Things - http://www.allfreethings.com/

eBook Directory:

Wisdom eBooks - http://www.wisdomebooks.com/

Software Directory:

Software5 - http://www.software5.com/

Now remember, your Online Directory can be about anything you want. Your in control.

These are just some examples of whats out.

Did you happen to see the Google Adsense ads?

BINGO!

Also, pay special attention to where those Google Adsense ads are positioned because this is KEY to getting a good CTR(Click Through Rate) with your Google Adsense ads.

Now, at this point, it's up to you to make the decision on whether or not this is the type of VRE business model you want to use and start.

I recommend you surf around and see whats out there with your interests in mind. By doing that you will be able to get some good idea's as to what to expect and more importantly, model your directory and/or VRE sites from.
Tip! Step Next step is to build your one-page Google Adsense money machine. Find a free article in one of the article directories and set up a page with your keyword targeted article and three Adsense ad blocks.

Well, that's it for now. So, be sure to be on the look out for my next installment of "6 POWERFUL VRE(Virtual Real Estate) Business Models You Can Start Building In 2006 Using Google Adsense".

6 POWERFUL VRE Business Models You Can Start Building In 2006 Using Google Adsense - Part 1

VRE -- better known as "Virtual Real Estate" is literally everywhere online.

That's right. Everytime you do a search on whatever it is your searching for via the Internet you get a list of results. Within that list of results lye's thousands, if not, millions of pages of Virtual Real Estate that is making someone out there on the WWW some handsome profits.

The question is... "what have you done in order to stake your Internet "VRE" claim so you too can enjoy some of that profit as well?"

If you haven't started anything yet, that's okay because I did a little research for you and came up with these "6 POWERFUL VRE(Virtual Real Estate) Business Models You Can Start Building In 2006 Using Google Adsense" so you too can benefit like the many others out there online.

The first VRE business model I'd like to talk about are -- Article Directories.

VRE Model #1. Articles Directories.

Article Directories are in my mind are probably one of the best VRE business models on the web simply because they offer your audience and publishers Multiple Channels of information on any topic.

And the facts are, people come online for information.

So, what do Article Directories contain?

That's right... Information! ... and lots of it.

The other great benefit to Article Directories is that you don't have to write a single word if you don't want to because the whole purpose of starting your Article Directory in the first place is to get other people(we also call them authors) to submit their content for your readers and/or publishers to read and use.

Now, the Rule Of Thumb is simple when it comes to growing your Article Directory and that is... the more authors you recruit, the more your Article Directory will grow, filling it full of targeted information for your readers to digest and for publishers to use on their websites.
Tip! You have to choose keywords with high costs per click (CPC). The CPC will determine how much you'll receive every time a visitor of yours will click on the ad sent by Google AdSense.

It gets better, so keep reading.

Did you know that the more pages you have within your Article Directory means... the more search engine food you'll have for the search engines to come and index into their database which will then be displayed within the search engines search results.

Remember in the beginning of this article when I was talking about the search engine results being full of Virtual Real Estate. This is where your Article Directories webpages(or your Virtual Real Estate) will be listed for web surfers find.
Tip! Don't 'beg for clicks' or provide any incentive for clicking on your Google AdSense ads.

This also means that you'll receive a lot of FREE targeted search engine traffic to your Article Directory as it grows giving your authors FREE targeted traffic to their sites and keeping them happy, and at the same time, will be building your VRE nest egg on the WWW.

Are you starting to see the benefits to starting your own Article Directory on the Internet?

I hope so.

But don't go anywhere just yet, I'm not finished.
Tip! Affiliatships remain an important threat to Google AdSense. Well-written content on a website often brings good return traffic.

There's two more things I want to talk to you about before this part of the article series ends.

The first is RSS -- better known as "Real Simple Syndication" and what RSS does is it allows you to syndicate your Article Directories content or just content in general through an RSS feed so that any reader and/or publisher who subscribes to a particular RSS feed within your Article Directory will receive ANY new updated content that is published... INSTANTLY!

The other benefit to a RSS feed is... lets say you have 1000 publishers subscribed to one of your RSS feeds and one of your authors submits a new article at your Article Directory, all those publishers who subscribed to that RSS feed will receive it once that RSS feed updates and when someone clicks on the link within that RSS feed to read the new article, guess where the visitor is sent to?
Tip! ) Quality Content Site. Build a quality content site incorporated with Google Adsense ads that target the subject and keywords of your article and website.

You guessed it, your Article Directory, with your Google Adsense ads(I'll talk about that in a second) and whatever other related affiliate links you have on that webpage.

Now... for the BEST part, how-to make a $Profit$ with your Article directory.

I'm telling you, this is the easiest money you'll ever make for simply supplying your viewers and the Internet(A.K.A. The Information Super Highway) with what it needs the most, Information!

How do you do it?

Heard of Google Adsense(as I mentioned just a minute ago), because if you haven't, now you have.
Tip! To start off, Google Adsense business should be treated as importantly as other businesses. Its totally unethical to call it as residual income.

What is Google Adsense?

Google Adsense is Googles affiliate program for publishers and how it works is it displays ads targeted towards the content on that particular webpage being viewed.

How do you get paid? Simple. Your reader just has to click on one of the ads within the Google Adsense ad box on that webpage and depending on what the topic is and keyword could pay some handsome commissions(usually between 35% to 50%).

And, guess what? You didn't even have to do any selling OR follow-up.

Not bad and believe me those clicks add up Fast and by having the search engines returning frequently for regular indexing and having RSS feeds (remember, when someone clicks on the RSS feed link on someone elses website they get redirected back to yours with your Google Adsense ads on it and other affiliate links) for other publishers to use on their websites you'll soon see your Google Adsense profits get Bigger and BIGGER!
Tip! ) You have Google Adsense ads that are targeted to your keyword/phrase rich original content site when visitors looking for more information arrive.

Well, that's it for now. So be sure to be on the look out for my next installment of the "6 POWERFUL VRE(Virtual Real Estate) Business Models You Can Start Building In 2006 Using Google Adsense".

Getting Started with Google AdSense

Google AdSense is either the greatest thing since peanut butter, or evil incarnate, depending on who you listen to! Personally, I like AdSense. It allows me to earn money from sites that just sat there waiting for me to put in some kind of method for charging people previously.

I can write whatever I feel inspired to write, slap it onto a website, and make money from it! Of course, if I write popular things, I make more money. And if I write using terms people LOOK for, I make even more!

A website with a fair amount of traffic can make a little. Purportedly, the average site makes $20 per month. When you consider how little work you have to do to get that $20 per month, ongoing, it is not too hard to build another site that makes $20 per month. Better yet, it is not too hard to tweak the wording of the pages a tad so that they use keywords that people will use to search for them, and increase the income on each site.

I am in no way suggesting anything unethical, just stating that search engine optimization techniques become doubly important when the site uses Google AdSense to earn, because not only will it get you more targeted traffic, it will get ads delivered to your site that are more closely targeted to your content. Remember not to include words that you do not want Google to display ads about.

Your site must be built, and should be registered with search engines before you post ads. And you have to have content - not just a notice saying "in development", on every page that you put ads on.

The first thing you need to do is to go to the Google AdSense site and check out their terms of use. They are pretty strict about your content, and you must follow the rules or they'll boot you out with no warning. Get your account, and then select some code that coordinates with your site design.
Tip! Step Next step is to build your one-page Google Adsense money machine. Find a free article in one of the article directories and set up a page with your keyword targeted article and three Adsense ad blocks.

Place the code in a logical place - Top of the page, sidebars, and bottom of the page are standard places for ads, to keep your site from looking tacky. Google has a limit of how many you can put on a page, so make sure you know what it is for the type of ad you are using.

Get the code in, and upload your pages. You can look at the ads on your pages, but do not click on one. Don't even think about it. Clickfraud is dealt with very sternly - your account is suspended, and any earnings you had to that point are forfeit if you are suspected of clickfraud, and Google does not change their mind. Once you are out, you are out for good. If you want to make money with Google, clickfraud is not the way to do it, and they consider any clicks you generate to be clickfraud.
Tip! Ad Blocking: Some offices and similar work-environments are now actively blocking Google AdSense advertisements from showing on their browsers. Google has responded with server side publishing of ads for some large web-publishers.

Don't have your friends go clicking on the ads either. Clicks are analyzed for normal patterns, and any anomalies will raise a red flag.

You can create "channels" in Google, to track the performance of various site sections, pages, or separate sites. This will help you to see what is working and what is not. Your goal is to make money... but fairly. You don't want to cheat anyone else by using unethical tactics to do so. Just follow the rules and use the tools Google provides to see which of your areas does best.

Once you get one site going well, you can build another. And with the next one, you don't have to apply for an account with Google, you are already in. Just load the site, register it, and add the Google code.

Google AdSense can be a great way to either supplement your existing website, or to build a separate income based on information sites. It takes a lot of work to make a full time income from it, but then, everything does!
Tip! Have relevant keywords on your site! If your site is about 'web site traffic' and you just keep mentioning the word 'traffic' by itself, your Google AdSense ads may display ads for rush hour traffic, or traffic jams. Which has nothing to do with your website.

Google Adsense Earnings - Real or Mirage?

In a recent web content for one of our clients, I sang paeans to Google Adsense earnings' potential. In particular, I was referred to an article in USA Today [http://www.usatoday.com/tech/news/2006-03-28-googe-adsense_x.htm] that showcased instances of substantial Google Adsense earnings by "third-world" website owners for whom Google's doles are like god-sent (never mind Google's own skyrocketing revenue from Adsense). Since I was constrained by my client's need to write on virtues of Adsense while authoring his web content, I couldn't focus on 'allegedly' darker sides of Adsense. I say 'allegedly' because it is not clear whether Google really is the culprit as made out to be. Be that as it may, let me turn to what a few website owners faced while trying to claim a pie of Google Adsense earnings.

Stas Bekman's story

Stas started publishing Adsense ads on his website from December, 2005. His site was already receiving 600 page-views a day, so Stas thought Adsense ads would be ideal to put his site-estate to perfect use. Since Adsense delivered highly targeted ads, there was always a chance that his viewers would click on the ads resulting in revenues for both Stas and Google. He was not off the mark in his assumption. The ads displayed on his website did generate clicks, and on one day the number of clicks surged to 169. This generated Stas's Google Adsense earnings of $32 on a single day. The 'WOW' however didn't last long.
Tip! Don't 'beg for clicks' or provide any incentive for clicking on your Google AdSense ads.

Google came hotfooted and charged Stas of generating invalid clicks from his website, suspending his account promptly. Whatever his Google Adsense earnings were at the time of suspension also stood withdrawn. Since Stas didn't pull down the ads immediately though they were of no use to him for the time being, it remained unclear as to who earned the commission money for the clicks generated during this period.

Stas got going immediately and after a series of email correspondence, his account was finally restored by Google a few days later. Stas apparently agreed that deliberate clicks (click fraud) triggered the episode (which Google too said). But the question remained as to who did that? As it turned out, Stas had to forego $30 of his Google Adsense earnings. He didn't mind. He reasoned that for all its supposed follies, Adsense does fetch money for his website. What has Stas got to say on his experience? Taste this:
Tip! Ad Blocking: Some offices and similar work-environments are now actively blocking Google AdSense advertisements from showing on their browsers. Google has responded with server side publishing of ads for some large web-publishers.

"...the next time you get excited by all those books and sites touting Google Ads as your greatest source of revenue, think twice before you waste your time and energy on something that is *not* under your control and can be taken away by a malicious user in co-operation with Google AdSense team. Google AdSense is undeniably a great tool when it works, but I'd definitely love to have a better control over it."

Benjamin Cohen's account

A similar experience is reflected in Benjamin's account. In his case, after Adsense earnings stopped for him for the first time, Benjamin waited awhile and applied afresh. He got a new account but that too was terminated by Google for alleged 'click fraud'. Though he gives a fair measure of his Google Adsense earnings each time his account operated, Benjamin fails to mention anything regarding number of clicks or whether there were anomalies in them. After going couple of times through Benjamin's article, I concluded that more information would be needed to know what exactly happened. Benjamin complains about the VAT payments but that is something not directly related to Google Adsense earnings per se.
Tip! ) Quality Content Site. Build a quality content site incorporated with Google Adsense ads that target the subject and keywords of your article and website.

Benjamin Cohen's account can be reached here.

The truth

The truth must lie between what Stas and Benjamin faced and the policies of Google Adsense. Let me turn to what Google has to advise on Adsense. To be sure, Google has lined up many success stories that range from health website to home improvement site to even one that deals in aircraft seating information for frequent flyers. If you feel intrigued, there's perhaps a reason or two there. The common thread is the fact that many site-owners do have bulging Google Adsense earnings.

Speaking on behalf of Google, its reluctance to spell out all that we want to know is understandable, given the fact that the contextual advertising scene is becoming very competitive with each passing day. Having said that, I want to echo Stas's wish of having more control on Adsense account. In the least, let Google automatically filter self-clicks and not count them for revenue. YPN (Yahoo! Publisher Network) is already doing that. Why Google cannot is a mystery. If Google takes care of this small scruple, it'll make life easy for many site owners like Stas and Benjamin.
Tip! ) You have Google Adsense ads that are targeted to your keyword/phrase rich original content site when visitors looking for more information arrive.

Summing up

Perhaps Google has reasons to act against Stas and Benjamin like it did. Perhaps not. Is the reason attempted click fraud? If so, what about their insistence that they didn't do what Google says they did? Even as the debate continues, let there be no doubt that the lure of handsome Google Adsense earnings is too much for small website owners to not abstain from opting for it.

Getting Started With Google Adsense

It's probably one of the hottest topics out there, and with good reason. Where else can you get paid over and over again for doing something once? Of course I'm talking about Googles Adsense program, for website publishers who don't mind placing a small bit of code into their sites to show ads in return for a share of the profits.

It's relatively easy to get started with Google Adsense, as all you need to have is a website or blog on which to show the Adsense ads, and a Google Adsense Publishers Account. To get an Adsense account you need to go to www.Google.com/adsense and apply for an account, as long as your website complies with their terms, you will be accepted and be able to log in to create your Adsense ads. If you don't have a website, you can setup a blog for fr.ee at http://www.blogger.com put up some content, and submit this. Blogger is also owned by Google, and some people claim this gives you a better chance of acceptance, whether it does or not you decide for yourself.

For the next part, once you are logged in you need to choose what type of ads to display, link units are just one line links to sites related to your sites keywords, ad units are the blocks of code you see everywhere with a short description, a link and a url for each site advertised. Once you have chosen which ad type to display, you can then choose the size and format of the Adsense box. This is where you must make a decision to ensure it fits in with your site, where you are going to place it.

Be aware that irregular sized and shaped adsense boxes work better than the regular ad sizes, 468x60 is immediately picked up as an ad due to banners being this size for so long online and has a low clickrate, while the 336x280 and 300x250 adsense blocks work much better. There is also some arguments as to whether you should blend the ad into your site by using the color palette Adsense gives you to edit the ads colours to make the colours the same as your site, or to make them stand out by making them a different colour, this will depend on your site, and you can test to see what works best.
Tip! Step Next step is to build your one-page Google Adsense money machine. Find a free article in one of the article directories and set up a page with your keyword targeted article and three Adsense ad blocks.

After you have setup the format, colour scheme and type of ad, you will get the code to add to your site. Before you go ahead and paste it in, it's a good idea to setup channel tracking. Setup different channels named so that you will know what it is about, and this will enable you to track which ads are working, on which sites by changing them around, and tagging them with different channel ID's. This is one of the most overlooked parts of Adsense, the ability to track your ads through channels affords you the ability to test and tune to get the ideal colours, and placement for your adsense blocks.
Tip! ) You have Google Adsense ads that are targeted to your keyword/phrase rich original content site when visitors looking for more information arrive.

Adsense does a good job of finding ads related to your site, and you have no input into what will be shown. Sometimes it gets confused, so you may have to tweak your sites copy to make the keywords more prominent so Adsense can do a better job of targeting your visitors with the ads displayed. Obviously the better the ads target your visitors, the more relevant they will be and the better the clickthrough rate.

As we already said, Adsense is a great way to make some income, and some people are even making a good living from it, it's residual income, fairly easy to setup and low maintenance. If nothing else it will help pay the hosting fees for your website, so why not get started with Google Adsense today?
Tip! Do not hack or modify Google AdSense code other than to change the parameters that Google authorizes you to change.

Let's Google and Yahoo Our Kids' Education

I love Google and Yahoo. With Google and Yahoo I can search the Internet on any subject that interests me, at any time day or night, in the comfort of my home. I was thinking how much fun it is to learn new things with Google or Yahoo, compared to the boredom or learning torture that public schools put millions of kids through every day.

Let's consider the differences in how a typical child (we'll call her Jenny) learns when she uses Google or Yahoo, compared to how she learns in her public-school classroom.

First, with Google or Yahoo, Jenny can explore any subject that fascinates her. She literally has the whole world at her fingertips. She can learn about tulips, cooking, dinosaurs, fashion, arithmetic, model airplanes, how to play the piano, or story books by thousands of authors.
Get ADSDAQ Now Web Publishers: Name Your Own CPM. Works With Ad Networks. Make Money.

When she is older, she can search dozens of Internet libraries, including the Library of Congress, for information on any subject under the sun.

In contrast, in her public-school classroom, Jenny must study only the subjects the teacher or school principal says she must study, even though these subjects might bore her to death.

Second, with Google or Yahoo at home, Jenny can spend as many hours as she wants studying any subject that fascinates her. If she likes flowers, she can spend all day learning about different flowers, how they grow, the best season to plant them, how sunlight helps them, or how much water each flower needs.
- www.carpediem4him.comMy CTR increased by 450% with these techniques! Here's how to do it

In contrast, in public school, Jenny usually spends about 50 minutes on each subject the school forces her to study. She has to go to a different class on a different subject every 50 minutes, even if she was interested in the subject she was studying in her previous class. This can strangle her interest in any one subject. For Jenny, public school turns learning into broken, disconnected bits of knowledge on subjects that often bore her.

Third, with Google and Yahoo, Jenny learns at her own pace. If she doesn't understand something she reads about, she can ask her Mom or search Google and Yahoo to find the answer. She can spend as much time as she wants with a problem that intrigues her. Because she can learn at her own pace, she feels safe and comfortable learning with Google and Yahoo.

In her public-school class, however, Jenny has to learn all the material the teacher gives her in the specific time the teacher allows. Then (in later grades) the teachers will test her. If Jenny didn't like to study the subjects the teacher told her to learn and did bad on her test, she can feel hurt and humiliated. She then associates learning with pain and humiliation. This in turn can extinguish Jenny's joy in learning.

With Google and Yahoo, Jenny finds learning a constant joy. With public schools, more often than not, learning becomes a boring drudge or worse.

Government-controlled public schools will never give your kids the kind of joyous education they deserve, the kind your children can get in a homeschooling environment. At home, your kids can learn from Google, Yahoo, learning software, or hundreds of other low-cost education resources available to you right now.

Let your kids once again discover the joy of learning with education alternatives like Google and Yahoo, homeschooling, or low-cost, quality, Internet private schools.

Increase Adsense Earnings By Quitting Smoking

I have been running the google adsense adverts on a number of my websites for around a year now. I have to admit that I am nowhere near the stage when I would be able to consider retiring on its income. I am quite envious of these people that you read about who are saying that they are earning two thousand dollars a week on the program but am fairly sure that most people would be happy to earn six hundred dollars a month. What adsense has helped me to do, quite strangely enough, is to stop smoking. I will explain how in this article.

In the first couple of months after I had had added the google adsense code onto some of my websites, I would go and check how much it had earned on a particular day and would be happy if it was over ten dollars. The average daily figure at this stage was around five or six dollars.
- OneYearPlan.net$5K /Week Realistic 100% Automated Residual $ Multiple Income Streams

I wanted to find ways of attracting more visitors to these websites which in turn I believed would help me to increase my adsense earnings. I also thought about having a number of new sites built for the same reasons.

One day I was very happy as I had made sixteen dollars, this was the most I had ever made in one day. I live in the UK and this would equate to be worth about nine pounds. Later that evening my wife asked if I would be willing to go to the shops to buy her some cigarettes. I was quite happy to go as I also needed to buy some for myself. When I arrived at the shop, I asked the shopkeeper for the forty cigarettes and he in return stated how much it would cost. This amount was more than the nine pounds I had made that day on adsense.

Even though I was well aware of how much a packet of cigarettes would cost, this still came as a bit of a shock to me. There I am working very hard in an attempt to increase my adsense earnings and then go about throwing what money I have made down the drain by smoking these fags.

Why Google Adsense May Make You More Money Than Affiliate Programs

Many affiliate marketers today have realized quickly that in some circumstances, google adsense may make you more money than your affiliate programs. This article below highlights some situations where Google Adsense code if placed on your website can actually make more money for you as oppose to a mere affiliate program link.

1. Not all keyword niches have affiliate programs

This means that if you do a quick keyword analysis you may find an area that you think is very lucrative but the problem is that it may not have any affiliate programs for you to monetize your website traffic. The next best thing would be to check whether there are any advertisers with Google on that particular keyword that you have. Google Adsense with its millions of advertisers will likely have advertisers who are interested in your current market.

2. Adsense uses contextual advertising

Every Niche website even no matter how specialized will face a problem. This problem is that your affiliate product may not be spot onto the content for that page. This gets problematic when you add articles related to the topic to your website. Such topics may be slightly related to your niche affiliate product and your sales may quite dismal.

Google Adsense is different, the Advertising that it puts up on every page will depend on the content of that page. This is important both to the purchaser of the advertising and the seller. If a person goes to a webpage looking for Running shoes and then reads an article on sports socks your ad code for that page will be on sport socks. The reader then clicks the link and you as the publisher make money from the Adsense code and the advertiser also gets more targeted website traffic.
Tip! Knowing how to make money with google adsense is one of the most common questions. Once you join the adsense program you are given a number of options.

3. No Dead Affiliate links

Affiliate marketing managers affiliate programs acquire newer and better affiliate tracking programs and then sometimes they change referral links. The problem with this is that sometimes stems not so much a lack of knowledge but difficulty in changing links on large websites. Google Adsense changes with respect to your webpages content and being totally externally driven will have no faulty links so you get paid from each and every clickthough.

In conclusion, Google Adsense makes many business owners a lot of money each month so if you are merely relying on affiliate programs to monetize your website traffic you might want to consider spending some time learning all you can about the Google Adsense program.

Google Adsense: 5 Rock Solid Tips to Make More Money

Google adsense is proving to be probably the number one method of making money on the internet. Visit nearly any website today and you will see an array of Google Adsense ads being displayed. But if youre interested in displaying Google Adsense ads on your website how can you be sure that you are making the most return from your website visitors.

Let me tell you my five top tips to increase your Google Adsense income.

Tip one.

Use articles on your website that are of interest to your targeted market. Original articles written by yourself are best, however if you are not keen on writing why not look at obtaining some Private Label Rights articles. Most important issue here being to modify the articles extensively to make them original to you and not risk duplicated content issues.Tip two.

Keep your web page layout simple and don't include links to other products or services, which could distract your visitors from clicking on your Google Adsense ads. Remember this strategy is to increase your Adsense revenue, if you want to promote an affiliate product design a webpage with just your product links on and remove any adsense ads.

Tip three.

Design your Adsense ads to blend in with the background colour of your webpage and also position them in the most profitable positions available. You can get a clear idea of this layout by clicking on my website link below.

Tip four.

Keep track of your visitors and the income they produce to your website, you can do this by creating a channel in the Google Adsense backoffice. Again remember, that if your website is not producing a decent income then you need to look at different subject matters, subjects of interest that people want to read more about and are willing to visit your website in order to read more.
Tip! Knowing how to make money with google adsense is one of the most common questions. Once you join the adsense program you are given a number of options.

Tip five.

Traffic generation is the real key to success and without visitors to your website you wont make any money. This fifth tip is a complete subject on its own and I will be producing further articles on this subject which you will be able to read by visiting my website below.

I will be adding regular articles on all these subjects and more over the next few days and months so it realy will be worth a visit to see what tips and ideas you can use to increase your Google Adsense income.

How Bloggers Are Making Thousands of Dollars From the Google Adsense Affiliate Program

There is no doubt that the Google Adsense program for publishers and site owners is one of the most successful affiliate programs anywhere. There is increasing evidence that many bloggers have managed to find the right formula to make thousands of dollars every month from little more than a handful of blogs with carefully created and compiled content.

Unfortunately this has also led some unscrupulous bloggers to try and steal other writers work and post them at their blogs like it was their own. Alas there will always be some bad apples in most baskets.

So what are these successful Adsense bloggers really doing to rake in a couple of thousand dollars on a monthly basis? What's their secret?

Cashing In On The Blog Advantage for The Adsense Affiliate Program

When it comes to attracting traffic, blogs have a definite advantage over web sites. It is amazing how quickly a decent blog can attract quality links to itself. These links usually bring in lots of traffic very quickly. Bloggers carrying Adsense ads in their blogs are taking full advantage of this fact.

What this means is that a blogger can set up brand new blog now and within the next few hours will be drawing in traffic. If they already have another handful of blogs with some reasonable traffic, then by simply setting up a few relevant links to the new blog, traffic will take off in a hurry. And of the new blog is able o attract some high-paying Google Adsense PPC (pay-per-click ads) then the impact on their affiliate program income will be almost immediate.
Tip! ) Quality Content Site. Build a quality content site incorporated with Google Adsense ads that target the subject and keywords of your article and website.

The other advantage is that search engines love blogs so much that they will always tend to rank them higher than websites in any search. The fact that blogs are updated regularly and the rapid growth in links they enjoy are some of the reasons for this. This higher ranking means higher traffic.

When I was starting out in Internet marketing my first site took ages to attract search engine traffic. A new blog I started attracted a couple of serach engine hits within a day or so, even before I had done any serious search engine optimization.

No doubt, in making their decision to actively promote Adsense amongst blogs, smart Google executives must have been fully aware of this fact.

This advanatage that blogs enjoy over web sites is one of the key factors that many bloggers are using to draw the sort of monthly income that other folk need several months and in some cases a whole year to bring in.
Tip! Step Next step is to build your one-page Google Adsense money machine. Find a free article in one of the article directories and set up a page with your keyword targeted article and three Adsense ad blocks.

Carefully Research Keywords For The Adsense Affiliate Program

While traffic is important in making money from the Adsense affiliate program, keywords are much more critical. Most keywords will attract the sort of ads that pay only a few cents for every click that happens at your blog. A few keywords will draw in ads that pay a couple of dollars. A single click can sometimes pay $100.

Bloggers who are making big money with the Adsense affiliate program are spending a lot of time researching Adsense keywords. What makes this task even more difficult is that keyword prices are constantly fluctuating as different advertisers bid differently for their ads. The clicks ads receive also have an impact on the bid price. With the new Google system, advertisers have an option of raising their bid price.

So if you want to join the ranks of Adsense bloggers earning serious money, there are really no two ways about it, you will need to be an Adsense keyword specialist. This is not as difficult as it may sound at first because there are tons of information available online for free that cover this subject.
Tip! Have relevant keywords on your site! If your site is about 'web site traffic' and you just keep mentioning the word 'traffic' by itself, your Google AdSense ads may display ads for rush hour traffic, or traffic jams. Which has nothing to do with your website.

Set Up Several Blogs For Your Adsense Affiliate Program

Adsense money is not easy money, at least not initially. One of the things that leading Adsense bloggers have done is to set up several blogs catering for different niches and then linking them to each other to maximize on the traffic received.

How My Google Adsense Blog Changed My Publishing Business Model

The problem with the human race is that we forget too quickly and take many good things that come into our lives for granted. I try very hard to resist this temptation because it can make you lose focus.

Take my Google Adsense blog as the perfect example. The amazing Adsense program has changed my business model and made it much more viable. The result is that I no longer need to focus so much on selling my information products. Instead with my Google Adsense blog I can concentrate on increasing traffic and earning more cash from Adsense even as I look for the most effective method of selling my information products.

The amazing thing is that I can still make significant profits from my Google Adsense blog without selling a single product. It is much easier to get folks to click at the ads posted at my blog than it is to get them to part with some cash for a certain information product.

My Google Adsense blog also allows me to take full use of the most powerful word known to marketing. That word is FREE. In my marketing I have always gone to great lengths to take advantage of valuable and useful free offers. However, they have not always been viable and many times I have ended up spending a lot of my time with very little to show for it at the end of the day. Now with my Google Adsense blog, I can offer lots of excellent free content and stuff and still end up making a significant profit through my Adsense ads.
Tip! Affiliatships remain an important threat to Google AdSense. Well-written content on a website often brings good return traffic.

But the greatest advantage by far that has been brought about by my Google Adsense blog is releasing me from the time-consuming exercise of trying to seek for advertisers. Now with the Adsense program, I not only get the ads, but I also get relevant ads which further enhance the value of my Google Adsense blog to visitors.

Actually the Adsense program has had far-reaching effects on the way things are done online. For instance it changes the currency. As my as my Google Adsense blog is concerned, cash for advertising for traffic is no longer the preferred currency. Instead the real currency is hot keyword rich content. It is no secret that the right keyword-rich content can greatly impact on the ranking of a blog so much so that it receives huge daily targeted traffic from search engines.
Tip! Do not hack or modify Google AdSense code other than to change the parameters that Google authorizes you to change.

How to Monetize Autoresponders for Google Adsense Income

Let me share with you an idea....

Autoresponders work great at follow up, but have you ever thought of doing this one little change to make more money?

I recently went to one of the biggest internet marketing seminars last week in Los Angeles and one little tip they gave me, made a HUGE difference in my Adsense income in ONE DAY.

I am no expert when it comes to Adsense, but this one little tip increased my revenue 6 times in one day from what I used to make.

In one day, I matched the income I made in the previous entire month. Also the tip I am about to give you may take some time to implement, but mostly, it is a copy and pasting dream come true, with not much programming or html knowledge needed. It also helps if you have a large email list too.

If you don't know, Google has an advertising program for people called Adsense, where you place google ads on your site, and when people click on them, you get paid. If people click on them a lot, you get paid a lot.

So my single tip for today is to MONETIZE your autoresponders.

If you use an email autoresponder for E-newsletters, ezines, or mini-ecourses, here is what you do.

Instead of sending the newsletter content ALL in the email, which can lead to deliverability issues, just offer the intro first paragraph in the email, as a teaser and point the reader BACK to your content website with a link to continue reading and consuming the content. Build a page there with the entire email located back on your website and you monetize the content with Adsense links.
Tip! Ad Blocking: Some offices and similar work-environments are now actively blocking Google AdSense advertisements from showing on their browsers. Google has responded with server side publishing of ads for some large web-publishers.

Which kind of Adsense links work best?

Studies and tests have proven, over and over that the biggest way to get clicks is to make the Adsense text boxes blend in to your text and actually make it look like it is a part of the content.

So, make your titles Blue, like we see on clickable hyperlinks. Hyperlinks are blue and people are trained to click on blue links.

What is the best style of box to use?

The best box is the text ad unit which displays the 336 X 280 large rectangles with 4 or 5 links. A link may look like this:

Podcast Secrets Revealed <= Blue Hyperlink Learn How to Podcast fast, with step by step <= Black Text instructions, guaranteed. <= Black Text www.podcastsecretsrevealed.com <= Grey text
Tip! You have to choose keywords with high costs per click (CPC). The CPC will determine how much you'll receive every time a visitor of yours will click on the ad sent by Google AdSense.

Make the description text black and the bottom link a light grey color, but remember to make the top link blue, like a hyperlink color. Place these rectangles right into your content, right between paragraphs. You want it to blend in. You can place the rectangle 3 times on a page, so make sure you put it in spots that make sense, to maximize click behavior.

The Adsense robot will spider content, and offer appropriate ads which match content, so the person will click on the links, because of relevancy.
Tip! To start off, Google Adsense business should be treated as importantly as other businesses. Its totally unethical to call it as residual income.

Also, if your site is colored differently, then just make the Adsense boxes match the themes on your sites, so the content still blends in, the clickable links are matching in color.

Doing this in one day put my Adsense income, which was hitting at .05-.30 a day… to $3.36 a day, with only one change. I know that is not much for one website… but what if you had 5, 10, 70 or 100 websites? Start thinking in terms of lots of websites and lots of autoresponder follow ups.

What if you had 10, 20, or 50 follow up messages. Now you can make money over and over again, and send your leads clicking through your content letter pages making your income explode.
Tip! ) You have Google Adsense ads that are targeted to your keyword/phrase rich original content site when visitors looking for more information arrive.

If they were not going to buy anything in the first place, at least you are getting your money back for the possible cost of the lead acquisition, right? Now it becomes advertising that pays for itself and I like that!

Now do this for many websites, and it could be a huge difference in Adsense income. It might be a small bother to take the time to do it, but just sit down and do one or two hours of updating a day, and in no time, your monthly Adsense revenue could be as much as your regular job revenue.

Adsense: How to Make Money With Ads by Google

The chances are that you've seen "Ads by Google" on a variety of websites and perhaps wondered what they were all about. The fact is that you can probably get "Ads by Google" on your own site and if you do, you can look forward to getting paid by Google.

The system is called Google AdSense and it does two things really neatly.

First of all it allows virtually any website owner to make some money without having to do too much - all you do is paste some code that Google gives you into your web pages. This code creates the ads that you see and when someone clicks on one of these ads they go to the advertiser's site. The advertiser is then charged for the click by Google and Google shares the money with you. You don't have to worry about billing a load of different companies or anything else: this is all done for you as part of the AdSense service. That much is fairly straightforward and good news.

But the really clever thing about AdSense is that the ads you see on your site are relevant to your content - automatically. So if you have a web page about mobile phones you'll see ads about mobile phones on it. If you have a web page about holidays in Tasmania, you'll see ads for holidays in Tasmania on it. Google's technology scans your web page and decides what it is about and then searches its database of well over 175,000 advertisers to find the ads that are most suitable for your page.
Tip! Do not hack or modify Google AdSense code other than to change the parameters that Google authorizes you to change.

By making the ads relevant to your site, Google does you two favors: the ads can enhance the overall experience a visitor to your site gets which means they are likely to return, and because the ads are relevant to your visitor, they are likely to get clicked on.

And when they get clicked on, you make money.

To make most money with Google AdSense you need to develop web pages that are about high value topics. In other words, build content on your site that is likely to attract ads that pay highly when clicked because not all ads are worth the same.
Tip! To start off, Google Adsense business should be treated as importantly as other businesses. Its totally unethical to call it as residual income.

In fact some ads pay many dollars a click whereas others only pay a few cents.

The art of maximizing your AdSense income is to understand how to attract high paying ads onto your pages and then drive a lot of traffic to those pages. Once you've done that you can look forward to getting paid by Google on a regular basis which makes Google AdSense one of the most attractive affiliate programs on the internet today.

Affiliate Alternative; Google Adsense

Affiliate programs were once a great source of online revenue, a savvy webmaster with an eye for marketing could easily parley a site into a money making machine with a little luck and effort. However, the evolution and growth of the Internet has hampered the growth of fortune making affiliate programs. Constant search engine algorithm changes, along with the search engine's clear distaste for sites participating in affiliate programs; have made it a little more difficult to earn a healthy affiliate revenue. An influx in the use of software programs that terminate cookie tracking and privacy programs that prevent webmasters from tracking referrers, have also hindered the affiliate sales channel. While it is still possible to make money through affiliate marketing, other alternatives ought to be considered.

A Healthy Alternative or Supplement

Google's Adsense program allows approved websites to dynamically serve Google's pay-per-click Adword results. This has become a popular alternative and an effective revenue sharing program for webmasters. Google's spider parses the adserving website and serves ads that relate to the website's content. While the Google's Adsense program still has some issues, they are making efforts to improve it.
Tip! Do not use fake information when opening your Google AdSense account.

The website maintenance related to Adsense is very easy and requires very little effort. Webmasters need only to insert javascript into the webpage or website template. The javascript calls the ad from Google and will ensure that ads are served each time a visitor goes to the webpage. If the visitor clicks one of the Adsense ads served to the website, the website owner is credited for the referral.

The implementation, while simple, has its drawbacks. Google dictates the format of the ads. Webmasters can select from a handful of preformatted text boxes that lack creativity. A recent improvement allows webmasters to modify the ad boxes to resemble the website's color scheme. Still, a far cry from some of the creative ads webmasters are accustom to.
Tip! Affiliatships remain an important threat to Google AdSense. Well-written content on a website often brings good return traffic.

The example below reflects how the color scheme can be modified to match the look of the website, but the ads physically don't fit well into the overall website design.

sample modified to match sites color scheme:

http://www.hospital-software.com (scroll to the bottom)

Google determines the content of the ads that are shown/ Sometimes the ads are poorly targeted, and of no interest to the website visitors.

sample of poorly targeted ads:

http://www.real-estate-supply.com

Adwords can be a great addition to a website, and when well matched to the content the revenue stream from Google is consistent and effortless.

sample of effective Adsense program:

http://www.police-supplies.com (scroll to the bottom)

http://www.small-business-software.net (scroll to the bottom)

Not that the Google Adsense program is not without its problems.as the reporting provided by Google is lacking. Google has not implemented any way to track multiple sites that serve ads; they simply show the number of ads served, the percentage of clicks received, and the revenue earned each day. Google does not disclose the amount of the revenue they share, what percentage of the revenue they earn and what someone can expect to receive for each click. Webmasters with multiple sites will have difficulty determining which websites are producing the money in the Adsense program.
Tip! Step Next step is to build your one-page Google Adsense money machine. Find a free article in one of the article directories and set up a page with your keyword targeted article and three Adsense ad blocks.

With affiliate programs many webmasters implement a new browser launch with each click off the site, Adsense removes the visitor from the website and there is not currently an option to launch the visitor into another browser.

Early on Google implemented a filtering system that allowed webmasters to prevent a specific domain's ads from being served on the website. Ad blocking meant that webmasters could prevent their competitors ads from being dynamically served on their website.

Overall, adwords are great supplements to websites where affiliate programs are either not performing or when affiliate programs don't exist that target the sites content.

Give it a Try

Implementing and maintaing Google Adsense program on a content site requires very little effort and can often bring a steady stream of additional revenue for webmasters. Consider supplementing content and see what happens.
Tip! Ad Blocking: Some offices and similar work-environments are now actively blocking Google AdSense advertisements from showing on their browsers. Google has responded with server side publishing of ads for some large web-publishers.

The Google Adsense-Adwords Automatic Money Machine

Have you ever tried to make money through affiliate programs using Google Adwords?

Then you know it's not easy. Some say that only 2-3 out of 10 affiliate Adwords campaigns will actually make a profit.

But what if you could get your Adwords campaigns for free, or even make a little profit from using Adwords for promoting affiliate programs.

Actually you can get your Adwords campaigns for free if you combine your Adwords campaigns with Google Adsense.

With Google Adsense you place small ads on your own web-page, hoping that people will click on these ads. When someone clicks on a Google ad on your web-site, you make money.

The normal approach to making money with Google Adsense is to have thousands of pages with Google ads, but you can successfully make money with Google Adsense with just one page.
Tip! Don't 'beg for clicks' or provide any incentive for clicking on your Google AdSense ads.

That's right - one page!

1. Step All you have to do is find niches, where people pay several dollars to get the top position in the Google ads. You can use Overture's bidtool to find high priced niche keywords.

2. Step Next step is to build your one-page Google Adsense money machine. Find a free article in one of the article directories and set up a page with your keyword targeted article and three Adsense ad blocks. Use small Adsense blocks, that only shows the top three high priced ads.

3. Step Last step is to set up a Google Adwords campaign with that niche keyword (and related keywords) - but you only bid 5 cents!

Now sit back and watch the magic. People click on your 5-cent ad and come to your one-page-Adsense website. They read your article - and some of them will click on the high priced ads on your page. Bingo! - you've made a small profit.
Tip! Step Next step is to build your one-page Google Adsense money machine. Find a free article in one of the article directories and set up a page with your keyword targeted article and three Adsense ad blocks.

Nothing much, maybe a one dollar profit a day. My first Google Adsense 'Money Machine' is generating a profit of 2-3 dollars a day - that's at least $730 a year for just one page.

Want to make more money with your one-page-money-machine?

Find an affiliate program in that niche, and put your affiliate link on the page. Some of your visitors will click the Google ads and some will click on your affiliate link. What ever they do, you win!

Now you've got your Google Adwords campaign for free or you're even making a small profit with your Google Adwords-Adsense money machine. At the same time you're marketing your niche affiliate program.

Final advice Don't use this technique in the 'Internet Marketing' market place - it's much to crowded. Use your imagination and find niches like laser hair removal, wheel chairs, cell phone, homeowners loan etc.

Take action - and go find some money making niche keywords.

Affiliate Marketing Vs Google Adsense Let the Battle Begin

Lately there has been a lot of discussion on how to make tons of money with Google Adsense. In fact, many people are making the claim that Adsense sites can earn a higher revenue then an affiliate-marketing site.

So that brings us to an important question: Which is a better online business - Affiliate-Marketing sites or Google Adsense sites?

Let's explore each one and then find out which online business is better option:

Google Adsense

How do you like the idea of earning m*ney without dealing with customers or answering emails. This is possible when you run a Google Adsense site. With Adsense sites, you can have a virtual passive-income that requires little maintaining. But is this the best option for an online business? Here are the positives of Google Adsense sites:

• They are perfect for people who run information sites that have no related affiliate product

• You can set it and leave it. With Google Adsense, you can create a content page, and there is little need to update the content.

• Adsense sites are easy to scale. Since they require little upkeep, you can easily create multiple websites that each make a nice income.

Here are the negatives of Google Adsense sites:

• They are not a great long term solution. Instead of getting your visitors to subscribe to a mailing list, you are focusing on getting people to click on ads. Real online businesses concentrate on building assets that can use for long-term growth.
Tip! ) Quality Content Site. Build a quality content site incorporated with Google Adsense ads that target the subject and keywords of your article and website.

• These sites are dependent on search engines. Most Google Adsense sites make the mistake of depending on search engines for the majority of their traffic. If the SE algorithms change then your income might drop significantly.

Affiliate Marketing

Being an affiliate marketer is great for those who want build a theme site. With this type of business, you can easily create web pages around a topic and get people to buy products through your products. If done correctly, you can easily build a loyal following that will help you make money for years to come.
Tip! To start off, Google Adsense business should be treated as importantly as other businesses. Its totally unethical to call it as residual income.

But can affiliate marketing make you more money then Google Adsense?

Here are the positives of affiliate marketing:

• A great advantage of affiliate-marketing is that you can build a long term business that will bring in a revenue stream for years.

• With affiliate-marketers you need to focus on building an email list. This list is a major asset of your business. Every time you have an offer, you can go to your list and increase your profits.
Tip! Affiliatships remain an important threat to Google AdSense. Well-written content on a website often brings good return traffic.

• Unlike Google Adsense sites, which only concentrates on high paying keywords, an affiliate marketing site can be centered on a topic that you have an interest in.

Here are the negatives of affiliate marketing:

• You have to learn how to write persuasively and get people to purchase the product that you are recommending. For many people this is a difficult skill to learn.

• Each affiliate marketing site requires a lot of effort. You must spend a lot of time writing product reviews, building your email list and creating web content.

So which is better: Affiliate marketing or Google Adsense?

The answer is that both are great solutions for an online business. Instead of choosing one over the other, you should create websites that can take advantage of both.

Here is how you can do this:

1) Create a content site on a topic that you are interest in, while paying a good amount per Adsense click.
Tip! Step Next step is to build your one-page Google Adsense money machine. Find a free article in one of the article directories and set up a page with your keyword targeted article and three Adsense ad blocks.

2) Integrate your Adsense into the menu bars and the top of your web content.

3) Add web pages for affiliate-products and your opt-in email list. But, make sure that you leave out the Adsense blocks on these pages. This way you are ensuring that you are building your long-term assets.

4) Create optimized web page articles that focus on a specific keyword phrase. Place your Google Adsense in these blocks.

5) Provide your email list with good content and product recommendations. Once in awhile, email your list and provide a link to some of your web articles. That way, you can earn a little bit of m*ney from your subscribers while giving them good content.

By focusing on both affiliate products and Google Adsense, you will be building both short-term and long-term profits.

The New Google Adsense Referral System (Increases Revenue For Webmasters)

Google has recently announced a Referral Program for its targeted ad delivery system - Google Adsense. Webmasters can now earn an extra $100 for each new referral they deliver to Google Adsense, one condition, that referral must earn at least $100 from the Adsense Program.

Webmasters can also receive $1 for each download of the Firefox browser with the Google Toolbar. Generally, very good news for webmasters and content creators working the Adsense program. Bad news for Gates and IE - the Firefox browser has gradually taken away users from IE. Onestat.com reports usage worldwide of Firefox has increased by nearly 3 percent since April 2005, with global usage share now at 11.5 percent for Firefox.

Perhaps, the fall out from the ongoing battle for control of the Web's search market will be of some benefit to webmasters. Google has now increased or given webmasters another revenue stream within the Adsense program. Granted this is only a one time payment and not a two tier system where webmasters would continue to earn a small percentage of their referrals' earnings. This may be a missed opportunity by Google to really explode the Adsense system.

For now, the Google Referral program is a good start in the right direction. Many webmasters and marketers are having an early Christmas with the announcement of this referral program.

Google Adsense is a simple and effective way for ordinary webmasters to monetize their sites. Webmasters place the Adsense code on their sites and Google delivers targeted ads based on the keywords of the sites. The main key to generating a large monthly income from Adsense lies mainly in the choice of keywords a webmaster decides to display on his/her webpages.

All keywords are not created equal. Some are worth more to advertisers and thus Google pays more to webmasters for certain keywords than others. The trick for webmasters is to deliver large amounts of traffic to the top-paying keywords. What are these top paying keywords you ask?
Tip! Ad Blocking: Some offices and similar work-environments are now actively blocking Google AdSense advertisements from showing on their browsers. Google has responded with server side publishing of ads for some large web-publishers.

One simple way to find the top paying keywords is to use a site like overture.com to find out what advertisers are willing to pay for certain keywords. Just use common sense -- higher priced items will have usually pay the most. Web hosting vs a toothbrush. Once they have chosen their keywords, webmasters must create content rich pages or sites related to these keywords or phrases.

You then have to place your Google Adsense code in the most beneficial positions on your pages. Check with Google for Optimization Tips for some of the best paying placements here: https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/static.py?page=tips.html
Tip! ) Quality Content Site. Build a quality content site incorporated with Google Adsense ads that target the subject and keywords of your article and website.

Google Adsense is not a perfect system, placing these ads on your sites could draw away potential customers or buyers and result in lost sales for your site. Besides just placing the 'Ads by Gooooooogle' on a well designed webpage detracts from the professional quality of your pages. Why Google introduced this for its ads defies reason. A simple 'Ads by Google' would suffice.

Many webmasters believe placing Adsense ads on their pages cheapens their sites. Other believe it is delivering valuable links and service to their visitors. No matter what your opinion may be, Google Adsense is definitely a simple and easy way to monetize your site.

The addition of the Referral program will only add to the popularity of Adsense with webmasters. Increased revenue is never a bad thing. However, Google should have opened their pocketbooks just a little wider and given content creators a bigger portion of the Internet's ever growing ad revenue.
Tip! You have to choose keywords with high costs per click (CPC). The CPC will determine how much you'll receive every time a visitor of yours will click on the ad sent by Google AdSense.

Google should have given the referral program some residual kick, with webmasters earning a small fraction of each referral's future earnings. What a missed opportunity for Google to really play Santa and give webmasters what they deserve.

Webmasters must now lobby Google, and any other ad delivery programs and companies for a bigger share in the revenue generated by their referrals. Fair is fair! Perhaps, the competition from other ad delivery systems will force Google to be a little more generous. In the meanwhile, it would probably be beneficial for many webmasters to use and promote Adsense, at least until a better offer comes along.

Google Adsense Profits Mixed In With Affiliate Marketing

Are you a webmaster who needs funds to keep your website running? Or is your website the only way for you to earn income? Whichever you are, for as long as you are a webmaster or a web publisher and you need cash, affiliate marketing may work well for you. With affiliate marketing, you may get a lot of cash pouring into your bank account easily. And if your website is rich in great contents and you want to earn more profit, why not get into the Google Adsense program as well?

Why Affiliate Marketing?

Well, simply because affiliate marketing is the easiest and probably the best way to earn profits online, unless otherwise you are a businessman and would rather sell your own products online than advertise other businessman's products on your site. But even online retailers can benefit from affiliate marketing programs, because affiliate marketing actually works for merchants as well as it works for the affiliates.

Affiliate marketing, simply said, is a relationship or agreement made between two websites, with one site being the merchant's website and the other being the affiliate's site. In the relationship, the affiliate agrees to let the merchant advertise his products on the affiliate's site. The merchant, on the other hand, would agree to pay the affiliate in whatever method they have agreed into. This would generally mean easy income for the affiliate, as he would do nothing but place the retailer's ad on his site. This would also be very beneficial for the merchant, as getting affiliates to advertise their products would be a lot more affordable than hiring an advertising firm to promote their products.
Tip! To start off, Google Adsense business should be treated as importantly as other businesses. Its totally unethical to call it as residual income.

There are a variety of methods on how the merchant would compensate the affiliate for his services, and for the webmaster, these methods simply translates to the method by which he would earn easy cash. Among the more common methods of compensation are the pay-per-click method, the pay-per-lead method, and the pay-per-sale method. The pay-per-click method is the method most preferred by affiliates, for their site's visitor would only have to visit the advertiser's site for them to gain money. The other two methods, on the other hand, are better preferred by merchants, as they would only have to compensate you if your visitor becomes one of their registrants or if the visitor would actually buy their products.
Tip! Affiliatships remain an important threat to Google AdSense. Well-written content on a website often brings good return traffic.

Getting much profit on affiliate marketing programs, however, does not depend so much on the compensation method is it does on the traffic generated by your site. A website that can attract more visitors would generally have the greater chance of profiting in affiliate marketing programs.

What about Google Adsense?

Google Adsense is actually some sort of an affiliate marketing program. In Google Adsense, Google act as the intermediary between the affiliates and the merchants. The merchant, or the advertiser, would simply sign up with Google and provide the latter with text ads pertaining to their products. These ads, which is actually a link to the advertiser's website, would then appear on Google searches as well as on the websites owned by the affiliates, or by those webmasters who have signed up with the Google Adsense program.
Tip! Ad Blocking: Some offices and similar work-environments are now actively blocking Google AdSense advertisements from showing on their browsers. Google has responded with server side publishing of ads for some large web-publishers.

While one can find a lot of similarities between Google Adsense and other affiliate marketing programs, you can also see a lot of differences. In Google Adsense, all the webmaster has to do is place a code on his website and Google takes care of the rest. The ads that Google would place on your site would generally be relevant to the content of your site. This would be advantageous both for you and for the advertiser, as the visitors of your site would more or less be actually interested with the products being advertised.

The Google Adsense program compensates the affiliate in a pay-per-click basis. The advertisers would pay Google a certain amount each time their ad on your site is clicked and Google would then forward this amount to you through checks, although only after Google have deducted their share of the amount. Google Adsense checks are usually delivered monthly. Also, the Google Adsense program provides webmasters with a tracking tool that allows you to monitor the earnings you actually get from a certain ad.
Tip! ) Quality Content Site. Build a quality content site incorporated with Google Adsense ads that target the subject and keywords of your article and website.

So, where do all of these lead us to?

Where else but to profits, profits and even more profits! Affiliate marketing programs and the Google Adsense program simply work, whether you are the merchant or the affiliate. For the merchant's side, a lot of money can be saved if advertising effort is concentrated on affiliate marketing rather than on dealing with advertising firms. For the webmaster, you can easily gain a lot of profits just by doing what you do best, and that is by creating websites. And if you combine all your profits from both the Google Adsense program and other affiliate marketing programs, it would surely convert to a large amount of cash.
Tip! ) You have Google Adsense ads that are targeted to your keyword/phrase rich original content site when visitors looking for more information arrive.

Google Launches AdSense Referrals Program!

Yep, Google finally did it, they're now paying to refer new AdSense publishers. But that's great news for webmasters - now you can make $100/referral for one of the best advertising programs on the ‘net!

I'll Bite, What Is It?

AdSense Referrals has been added to your AdSense account, and it lets you add additional revenue while giving your users a great tool to monetize their websites. But AdSense Referrals isn't only for referring people to AdSense, (so don't worry if your visitors aren't webmasters) it also allows you to make money for every new Windows Firefox with Google Toolbar user who downloads through your referral link.

Firefox With Google Toolbar?

Firefox is a free Internet browser. It includes pop-up blocking, privacy and security features, as well as tabbed browsing - which allows you to open up new sites and pages inside the same browser window. And with the Google toolbar integrated with Firefox, you also get the added features of spell check, auto-fill, and easy Google searches.

At this point, only publishers in the US can earn by referring people to download Firefox with Google Toolbar. Google is hoping to allow international users to do the same soon.
Tip! Affiliatships remain an important threat to Google AdSense. Well-written content on a website often brings good return traffic.

How Much Can I Make?

While Google can't guarantee you'll make anything, you can earn $100 for each new AdSense user and up to $1 for each new Firefox with Google Toolbar user. (The payout depends on their geographical location) There is a catch for the AdSense signup bonus, though; you have to wait to get your $100 until the referred user reaches their first $100 payout.

So, if in one month, you make $42 in AdSense earnings, refer up 15 new Firefox/Google Toolbar users, refer 5 new AdSense users, but only 2 of your AdSense referrals reach their $100 mark, you'll be paid $257 that month. (Assuming all of your Firefox referrals live in the highest paid areas)

Can I track these referrals?

Tracking for AdSense Referrals is available on your Reports - Overview page, just like tracking for regular AdSense ads. AdSense tracks your clicks, signups, conversions, and signups right there for you. But unlike AdSense for Content or Search, you aren't paid by click, you are paid per conversion.
Tip! You have to choose keywords with high costs per click (CPC). The CPC will determine how much you'll receive every time a visitor of yours will click on the ad sent by Google AdSense.

How do I add these links to my sites?

Log in to your account and click on the "Referrals" tab at the top of the page. Click the radio button beside the ad you want to use, then copy the HTML code to the left of that button. Paste it into your page, then upload and you're all set! You're only allowed having one ad on your website for each product, however, so place your ads carefully.

Anything else?

One more thing, make sure you adhere to Google's AdSense TOS, or your account can be frozen and your referrals and AdSense income can be taken away. You can find the program policies here: https://www.google.com/adsense/policies - Read them, obey them, and start making money!

Google AdSense and Affiliates

Content rich sites can earn additional income, instead of or in addition to the use of traditional affiliate banners -- by using Google AdSense. Adsense serves up contextually targeted text and image ads that are targeted to particular pages of your site. They are designed to give ongoing, appropriate product purchase opportunities to your site visitors, with a minimum of effort by the site publisher. Once approved for the program, the site publisher places one link per site page, and is served up to three ads when pages are opened.

Google creates the relationships with the advertisers and only delivers the most appropriate ones to your web pages. Based upon keywords, a real time auction takes place as a visitor opens a page on your website. Based upon bids placed by advertisers, Google AdSense places relevant cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-thousand-impressions (CPM) ads on your page.

Publishers need to carefully read the conditions for participating in the AdSense program. They include not obscuring the ads in any way with color or graphics, not launching a new browser when the ads are clicked on, placing the links only on pages with content, not displaying them on pop-ups, pop-unders or email, and not changing the code provided by the program for pasting into your web pages. Bringing unnatural attention to the ads by advertising on other websites or mass mailing is also prohibited, as is labeling the ads with anything other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements".
Tip! Don't 'beg for clicks' or provide any incentive for clicking on your Google AdSense ads.

It may seem like a daunting list of no's, but upon inspection they make sense because they protect you, your site and the advertisers, to prevent misuse and fraud. If you read the rules carefully, use common sense, and don't try sneaky maneuvers, the upside possibilities are certainly worth a try.

Make Serious Money with Google Adsense

The advent of personal computers have stimulated the power of self-publishing (or the act of producing and putting one's own writing into circulation) by allowing publishers to easily modify the settings of type and designs at a cut-rate price.

With the dawn of the World Wide Web, it has been possible for publishers to not only adjust designs but also to promote their works and market them all over the world. These works could also be published online at a very minimum cost.

Now, with the arrival of Google AdSense, self-publishers worldwide are in for the revolution of a lifetime.

Google AdSense is a new marketing program launched by Google.com, one of the most popular search engines on the Internet. It is a program that offers a simple and quick way for publishers to make money.

And the good news is, this is not only for publishers but also for ANYBODY who has an online site.

Notice that every time you use the Google search engine to look for a particular keyword phrase, you see little boxes on the right side of the search results pages on your computer screen that are relevant to the keywords you have just searched for. These "Sponsored Links" are actually paid ads from website owners whose aim is to direct potential customers to their website, and they pay Google whenever their ad gets clicked.
Tip! ) You have Google Adsense ads that are targeted to your keyword/phrase rich original content site when visitors looking for more information arrive.

Now with Google AdSense, everybody can display these same ads on their own website and get a certain percentage of what Google receives from the advertisers every time someone clicked on them. This enables website owners to focus on maintaining and enhancing their website's content pages while generating revenue at the same time.
Tip! Do not use fake information when opening your Google AdSense account.

The first thing to do is to apply for the Google AdSense program. It is not difficult to be in the program, but note that NOT every web site is accepted in it.

After you have signed up and Google has accepted your application, you can already put the Google code on your website and start the revenue stream.

The good thing about having the Google AdSense is that it offers you another amazing opportunity to maximize your earnings aside from the Google ads displayed on your website: the Google Search.

The Google Search box serves as a portal that links your site to the Google web. Adding this to your website not only gives your visitors instant access into Google's entire keyword inventory, but it also enables you to earn more money - because the Google search is run from your website, the Search Engine Result Page (SERP) is tagged back to you, so you will surely earn whenever your website visitors click on these AdSense ads.
Tip! Ad Blocking: Some offices and similar work-environments are now actively blocking Google AdSense advertisements from showing on their browsers. Google has responded with server side publishing of ads for some large web-publishers.

Aside from the great income opportunity, Google AdSense also has the following features and options to offer to its users:

Search Options You can modify your AdSense control panel to configure the Google search box and control the scope of your user's search. You can choose to have your visitors search just your website or the entire Google network, or even provide them with buttons that let them perform either search. It's your choice.

Personalization Aside from the standard Google search box, you can also have a customized look and feel of the AdSense program by adding your own logo and making the search box match your website's color scheme with over two hundred colors available.

Online Support Of course, will not leave you and your AdSense program without any help or support. In fact, Google will even serve as the host of your internal site search result pages for you at no cost - no need to worry about buying an extra bandwidth or disk space from your Internet Service Provider.
Tip! You have to choose keywords with high costs per click (CPC). The CPC will determine how much you'll receive every time a visitor of yours will click on the ad sent by Google AdSense.

Aside from this, Google will also provide you with online tracking and reporting tools. This will enable you to see how well your own search box is doing for you, including your list of queries, number of clicks and click-through rate, and total earnings.

Google AdSense has truly started an online revolution that has far-reaching effects and impact: it has introduced a revenue stream that actually sets up a website for success. Now, website owners finally have a way to both generate revenues and enhance their content pages.

So for anyone looking to make money with his or her websites, make serious money with Google AdSense.
Tip! ) Quality Content Site. Build a quality content site incorporated with Google Adsense ads that target the subject and keywords of your article and website.

Google Adsense - What the Gurus Don't Tell You About Google Adsense To Gain A Consistent Income

It has been reported that in the year 2005, $1 billion dollars were earned by google adsense publishers worldwide. Daily, we are accosted by stories of top earners who extol their feelings of happiness of being identified with this excellent program, that gives new value to advertising and promotional efforts. There are hundreds, possibly thousands of adsense publishers who are actively creating pure content websites to display those tiny google ads and getting a portion of the revenue when someone clicks on the ads in search of information or in search of purchasing the product.

I often read email offers from the adsense gurus'. There are many who offer to provide research reports on the best high paying keywords so that you can build effective web sites to draw ads that pay the most when clicked. Others, encourage you to submit your optimised site to hundreds of search engines to get backlinks, others applaud the power of press releases to reap hundreds of backlinks when the press release is picked up by online editors. Some who see virtue in black hat SEO ( search engine optimisation ) offer powerful scripts that cloak pages. There are many too who offer you the instant use of the latest Blog and Ping softwares to attract the search engine spiders to come and index your page. Not to forget the many gurus' who are offerring the latest state of the art softwares to auto-generate hundreds of pages within minutes, to create massive sites of search engine results based pages as directories and indexes.
Tip! Do not hack or modify Google AdSense code other than to change the parameters that Google authorizes you to change.

But in all these, there are very important things the gurus invariable fail to highlight, and which can dash all the aspirations of the budding adsense publisher to tiny pieces.

Firstly, you can make the best pure content website, but if it does not attract targeted traffic, you will not be earning any money from the effort.

Secondly, you can have huge web sites of keywords that are meant to be high paying, but in reality when you get clicks, you find you might be getting just a few cents worth of clicks.

Thirdly, indexed pages come and go. What is indexed today may be gone tomorrow as the search engines update their listings.

Fourthly, even if you had followed the advice of many-a-guru to have unique content and unique customized templates for your website, there is no guarantee of earning higher adsense income or any income at all, especially if the sites do not gather traffic.
Tip! Step Next step is to build your one-page Google Adsense money machine. Find a free article in one of the article directories and set up a page with your keyword targeted article and three Adsense ad blocks.

Fifthly, do not be attracted to buy those ready-made low cost websites that you can upload and attract traffic, especially where there is never a limit to the number of similar sites being sold. There will be a huge duplicity of web site content for these sites which are sold a dozen a penny ( you can buy 150 sites for only $15 - from one email flyer I received through my email box recently).

If you are a newbie to google adsense publishing, learn the tricks and skills from a mentor. This will accelerate your learning and help you avoid the pitfalls of trying to look for easy money. In the end, the Google Adsense is a great program and working close to the terms of service by Google Adsense and providing solid relevant content and having a reliable steady traffic flow to the sites will help bring you a consistent income as an adsense publisher.
